For some persons, to buy a new thing for Christmas is a must. It is all up to you. When you have some money, it is an option for you whether you want to save or spend it for buying something you need. Well, what if you don’t have enough money to buy a thing which you need. Don’t worry, there’s another option for you: to buy on installment payment. It is a method of buying where you don’t have to pay something directly when you have it, but you can pay it on the next months with an agreement. However, before you decide buy something on installment, you should consider many things.
1. Interest.
The first and the most important thing you should consider is: “do you buy it to fulfill your necessity or just a desire?”
2. Afford.
Think again, do you afford to pay until the end of installment term? Will it balance with the other expenditure? You better count all your expenditures and compare with your recent salary, does it balance? If it doesn’t, you better cancel your plan.
3. Cheap.
Always looking for a same article but with the cheapest price. Don’t forget to use an installment corporate with the lowest down payment, tax and administration fee.
4. Tax.
You better lend some money from bank if you discover that the price of the article will be lower than if you buy on installment. Always compare the tax of installment and the bank.
5. Installment Corporate.
Search and use a bonafide installment corporate for a secure purpose. A bonafide installment corporate surely has a good administration system. If you choose a good corporate, the risk of double payment or undetected payment will be lessen.
6. Insurance.
For some articles, don’t forget to insure them (for example. house or electronic stuffs). Just imagine if you don’t insure it when suddenly without any expectation you find it lost or damage, and the the most pathetic fact is you haven’t finished the payment term. Isn’t it terrible?
One advice lingers on my mind is you should always think it over and over if you wish to buy something cash or even credit!
