Good Food for Cellulite Sufferers

Wearing short pants or bikini at the beach? I think it’s a great idea. But it will look bad when you use it with cellulites linger on your skin. There are many ways to reduce cellulites, but now I want to share some recommended food in your cleansing diet to help your cellulite.

1. Water

Drink only mineral water. Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day. A glass of hot water with a squeeze of lemon in the morning will help to detox your liver and revitalize the body.


2. Fresh Fruit

You must eat fruit containing fiber, vitamins, minerals and phytochemicals (eg. bioflavonoids and anti-ageing anthocyanidins). The vitamin C in particular fruit contains antioxidants that combat the harmful free-radicals found in alcohol, fried and smoked food and cigarette smoke.

Healthy fruits include: apples, blueberries, cherries, blackberries, cantaloupe melons, cranberries, grapefruit, grapes, kiwifruit, mango, oranges, pineapple, raspberries, and strawberries.

3. Fresh Vegetables

Just like what in fruit, vegetables contain fiber as well as a huge range of vitamins, minerals and phytochemicals. Some vegetables such as include: artichokes, bell-peppers, cabbage, carrots, cucumber, fennel, leeks, onions, salad leaves, spinach, and tomatoes are good sources of the antioxidant vitamins A, C and E which help improve resistance against serious disease. Antioxidant-rich foods are also supposed to strengthen the skin’s connective tissue; helpful because weak connective tissue permits the intrusion of fatty cells into the epidermis causing the familiar appearance of cellulite on thighs and butt. Don’t forget to add herbs and spices such as chili, chives, garlic, ginger, mustard, parsley.

4. Nuts and Seeds

Nuts and seeds are another super-health food which contains of omega-3 essential fatty acids, vitamins like B-complex, and vitamin E as well as important antioxidant minerals like selenium (Brazils). The other importance thing is you should eat unsalted nuts, like almonds, cashews, brazil nuts and walnuts; seeds like sunflower, flaxseeds, poppy seeds and pumpkin seeds.

    Right, water is the main thing, especially for our body. But just don’t forget to safe water for the important thing as the global warming has increased nowadays.
