There are so many brands of anti-aging cream you may find in cosmetic shop near your house. You can use it to keep your skin five years younger than your real age. But, anti-aging cream is only from the outside of your skin and they may harm your skin for some reasons. Your skin needs treatments from the inside of your body, and you can get that from nutriments of food. What kind of food will support your skin? I think you better check these out.


a. POTATO

Potato is rich of carbohydrate that has many functions to keep your strength in doing many activities. However, it also contains of alpha-lipoic acid which can eliminate smooth lines emerging at skin as a result of aging.

b. WATERMELON

Many unhealthy food or pollutants can generate free radical in body. This free radical causes the happening of premature aging process. Watermelon which contains of lycopene can tie free radical in body to prevent aging process.

c. CUCUMBER

The doctors recommended cucumber to prevent premature smooth lines on skin and reduce depression, because cucumber is rich of water, vitamin c, amino-acid, folat-acid and phosphor.

d. TOMATO

This is a highly recommended food for daily consumption. Tomato is rich source of folate, vitamin C, and potassium. Relative to phytonutrients, the most abundant in tomatoes are the carotenoids. Lycopene is the most prominent carotenoid followed by beta-carotene, gamma-carotene and phytoene as well as several minor carotenoids. The antioxidant activity of lycopene as well as several other carotenoids and their abundance in tomatoes makes these foods rich sources of antioxidant activity.

e. CARROT

The important content of this food is pro-vitamin a (beta-carotene). In your body, this content is an antioxidant to fight free-radical.
