A research expressed that 70 million in America lose bedtime for a few reasons. This matter has increased health expenditure until 16 billions dollar and productivity degradation until 50 billions dollar.

Chronic sleep problem causes various degenerative diseases such as diabetes mellitus, obesity, respiration disease etc. Conversely, sleep is useful for many things and they are:

  1. Resting the heart activity system and blood circulation. Enough Sleep is making heartbeat and blood pressure much better.

  2. Assisting maximizes growth hormone increasing high graph of body and bone strength.

  3. Sleep pushes development of hormone cytokines, which useful to fight against infection in body. Person that is not enough sleep has low body endurance in fighting against virus entering in body.

  4. Direct effect to sexual hormone which contributes to your fertility.

Well, I think it’s better for you to get some sleep now if you feel dog tired, don’t sacrifice your sleep time in order to catch more money but risk your health. If you have minor difficulties to fall asleep, you may try some tips here.
