Every girls in the world have a big obsession to get married (I think..) with someone they are love to, but for those who almost get this obsession are not always in a full of happiness. I’m sure they will face many things which can bring them to a depression. I know many symptoms and solutions for many kinds of pre-wedding depression. Here they are:
Financial. Well, financial can be one kind of depressions especially for couple who pay all the expenditure on wedding. Tips: Look at your budget and plans for the d-day. Is it balance or not? Your wedding party doesn’t have to be like celebrity’s wedding party if your money doesn’t balance with it. You just simply have to make a priority of each. If necessary, you may see the wedding consultant to help you arrange it.
Parents. Have you ever watched “Meet the Parents” or “Meet the fockers”? If you ever watched these movies, you may know what I mean with parents in the subtitle. Yes, parents can sometimes make us depress with our wedding because they always want to involve more especially when we are using their money to pay the wedding cost. Tips:Give them a good explanation when you think that you will feel comfort if you and your parents can do something together for the wedding party. You can make a list about some preparations that you can negotiate with them.
Tons of Panic. When you think about the d-day can make you panic, couldn’t fall asleep, or even sick, I think you should think more relax and keep your body in a fit condition by eating health food and enough nutrition. You must think that this panic may bring you to a bad condition, and this will affect your big day. Think positive and everything is gonna be alright. You may ask your friends about the best event organizer in your town or delegate almost all the preparations to your family or close friends.
Anger. Through this depression, you will find many little things that can make you feel so sad or angry. Sometimes you may think that the man will marry with is not Mr. Right. Or you may think that you are not ready to face marriage. Please, don’t let those kinds of feelings make your wedding fly away. These could be because of thinking that you are facing big responsibility and hope in your wedding. Tips: Relax and compromise some how. You have to realize that both of you are a different persons even though later you will be tied into a marriage. You may ask many happy couples how to face, deal with and keep a marriage. This can give both of you spirit to face your big day with smile.
“Instant Queen” Obsession. You want to be a super duper prettiest woman in your wedding day, but the problem is nobody is perfect. For example, when you obsess to be as sexy as Jennifer Lopez or Britney Spears but in fact, you have a problem with your weight. This can be bad for mind. Tips: think more logically can help you relax. Be focus and make sure that natural beauty will shine from your happy thought.
