Anger and grief are usually associated with highly emotional traumatic events. For instance loss of life or a loved one passing away. Coping with relationship blues such as that are hard to keep your emotions intact. Yet there is another emotional event that is on the top of the charts as far as emotions go. That event is the breakup of a relationship.
