Say thank you to yourself by becoming wise

Have you ever said thank you to yourself? Every day we meet a lot of people, communicate with each other, study, going to work, cleaning the house, playing with children, dinner in a restaurant, going to the bank paying the bills, going to the laundry and say thank you every time anyone helping or serving us, but have you ever said, “thank you” to yourself?. Say thank you to everyone that already helped us it’s an honorable thing to do. It shows how we appreciate their helps. But, don’t you know that actually you need appreciation for yourself?

Since you woke up in the morning, going to the market, preparing breakfast for your man and children, go to work, make your presentation successes, being promoted, or even having the worst day in your life, have you ever thought about how your body doing all of those things? How your body and mind have been supporting you for the whole day, and giving you the best condition to accomplish your duty?

When we should finish our job, we usually forced ourselves to stay awake at all night long, and forgetting how hungry we are. Maybe we think that’s okay, but unexpectedly it can ruin us slowly.

Say thank you to yourself may raise your confidence and make you realize that you need the best treatments to make you feel comfortable. Now how you can “thank you” to yourself? Following are several steps, not a perfect list but you can try it,

  1. Before you go to bed, look at the mirror and say “Thank you” to yourself, because …” for examples: today I’m having a great presentation.

  2. Don’t force your body to work harder if you really tired, you should put your feet up. Take a few moments for relaxation.

  3. Try to satisfy yourself once, by going to the spa or beauty treatments and enjoy great massages, emh…so good.

  4. Listen to your favorite songs when you feel sad or angry
  5. Share your problem with your trusted friends, never keep it for yourself, you need to release it, honey…

  6. Slow down, no rush, think positive, use your intelligence and sensitivity, doing something by considering the good and bad, don’t forget that your decisions will affect your life in the future

  7. There’s no word to late to repair terrible conditions happened in your life, forget the past, but do not forget to learn from it, aim for the future with proper faith and hope.

  8. Always prepare everything before go to work, check your notes, in case there are things you had missed.

  9. Always take care of your health, by doing exercise and eat healthy food, your health important.

Saying thank you to yourself by becoming wise indicates that you respect your life. It may helps you stay away from depression. Do your best but don’t kill yourself trying.
