And people are afraid to give critics especially for person that have higher position. Honey, you better throw those thought away, don’t you realize that your critics are needed. We need to do some thing if we want reimbursement. And maybe you should give some wisely critics;

Don’t give judgment, critics is all about to give suggestion. When you judge somebody, it can create bad situation, because they will be more defensive and then they won’t listen to you. Before you said it, make sure that your critics are suitable.

OK, when your best friend becomes your rival, I believe she could be your hardest rival. She knows your weaknesses, and your strength. Or even more, she can read your mind before you even realize it.
